We call Marian apparitions "private revelations" to distinguish them from the Bible, which is a "public revelation." The Catechism of the Catholic Church says that "it is not their role to improve or complete Christ's definitive Revelation, but to help live more fully by it in a certain period of history" (CCC 67). The manifestation of Christ at His glorious coming will again be a "public revelation."
The role of the Virgin Mary is central: through her, the Son of God became man; it was she who welcomed the great mystery of the Incarnation, and is it she who will also help us to welcome Him at his glorious coming.
When Jesus returns in glory, he will drive out the Antichrist, and the pure will remain on earth: the mother of Jesus, who is also our mother (Jn 19: 25-27), will help us to "recapitulate" the victory over evil, in other words, to live in the purity of her immaculate heart, which will "triumph"!
”Yes, my return is near! Amen, come, Lord Jesus!” (Rev 22:20).
