The Holy Family reveals the mysteries of the Incarnation and the Trinity

The mystery of the Trinity is at the heart of the mystery of the Holy Family, because the mystery of the Incarnation is at the heart of the mystery of the Holy Family. The mystery of the Incarnation and the mystery of the Trinity are the two mysteries that form the bedrock of the Christian faith. If you take away these two mysteries, there is nothing left of our Christian faith. 

The mysteries of the Trinity and of the Incarnation are revealed and manifested in the Holy Family. Of course, the Trinity exists from all eternity. But the divinity did not manifest itself clearly as Trinity before the Incarnation. 

It is through the mystery of the Incarnation that God unfolds his other mystery: his very being, as Father, Son and Spirit. It is in the mystery of the Holy Family of Nazareth that the mystery of the Incarnation and the extraordinary mystery of the Most Holy Trinity are revealed. The mystery of God himself who is Father, Son and Spirit.
