The "Healing Rosary for the World"

The “Healing Rosary for the World” is an initiative of the Manila Cathedral to be done every Wednesday night during the global lockdown.

In a Facebook post, the Manila Cathedral said the move is for the big number of Filipinos who joined their worldwide Rosary prayer last week. “Please go to our Facebook page and press the LIKE and FOLLOW buttons so you can watch the livestream and let us again, as one nation, pray for healing and protection,” the post read.

“In these trying days, while humanity trembles due to the threat of the pandemic, I would like to propose to all Christians that together, we lift our voices towards Heaven,” Fr. Marvin Mejia, CBCP secretary general, said.
