Have we reached the climax of the great battle between Heaven and Hell? We cannot know for sure, but great scandals have been revealed in recent months, which can only be explained by the concerted action of demons. We should remember the vision received by Pope Leo XIII on October 13, 1884: At the end of the mass… he collapsed on the floor, remaining motionless for 10 minutes as if dead. When he woke up, he rushed to his private office... Leo XIII immediately composed a prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel, instructing that it be recited after every low Mass throughout the Catholic world.
Later, the Pope explained what happened: “After the Mass, I heard two voices: one sweet and good, the other guttural and hard. It was the devil speaking to the Lord, as in a dialogue. Here is what I heard: Satan said to Jesus: I can destroy your Church. Jesus replied: You can? Then go ahead and do so. Satan: To do so, I need more time and more power. Jesus: How much time? How much power? Satan: 75 to 100 years, and a greater power over those who will give themselves over to my service. Jesus: You have the time, you will have the power. Do with them what you will.
Jesus gave Satan permission to act to "destroy his Church" as the demon phrased it, but the Lord hid from him how He would prevent it when Satan thought he had succeeded—by the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
