Mount Ephraim can designate Mary, the blessed and always virgin, Mother of God. Mary is a high mountain peak, and by the dignity of her election, she is so great that she exceeds any elected creature. Has Mary not been raised to the heights, like a high mountain, above all the choirs of Angels, to the throne of the divinity and thus managing to conceive the Eternal Word? Indeed, Isaiah made this prophesy of Mary's special dignity when he said, "It will happen in the final days that the mountain of Yahweh's house will rise higher than the mountains and tower above the heights" (Is 2:2). Yes, Mary is a mountain peak, placed at the top of all mountains, because Mary's greatness outshines all the other saints.
