To Our Mother of Perpetual Help

O Mary, Immaculate Virgin and my Holy Mother, although I am the most miserable of all sinners, I have recourse this day to you who are the Mother of my Lord, the Queen of the world, the Advocate, the Hope and the Refuge of sinners. I venerate you, O great Queen; I thank you for all the graces that you obtained for me, especially for having preserved me from going to hell, a punishment that I have so many times deserved... O very loveable Dispenser of the divine graces, eternal and Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit, O holy Mary, you who received from Him a heart that takes pity on the misfortunes of mankind and cannot resist comforting those in pain, have mercy on my soul and grant to me the grace upon which I await with an entire confidence in your immense kindness.
