She is More a Mother than a Queen?

It is well known that the Blessed Virgin is the Queen of heaven and earth. But she is more a Mother than a Queen, and there is no need to say, because of her pre-eminent position, that she outshines the glory of all the saints as the rising sun makes the stars disappear. Dear Lord, how strange that sounds! A Mother outshining the glory of her children! I believe the opposite--I believe that she greatly enhances the splendor of the elect.
