She is More a Mother than a Queen (IV)

It is good to talk about her gifts, but we shouldn’t limit ourselves to that. We need to make her loved. If our listeners are wearied by hearing a sermon about the Blessed Virgin -- as though they were constrained from the beginning to the end -- that is not a conducive way to create a loving relationship and the desire to imitate such a person. Who knows, somebody might even end up feeling far away from such a lofty creature?
